TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Prices quoted exclude shipping fees.

2. All items are either new or preloved in excellent condition. Do not hesitate to contact us as enquiries are highly welcomed.

3.  Once order confirmation has been made, payment should be made within 48 hours to the account details given. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.

4. For booking purposes, a 50% deposit will be charged from the full amount and the balance is to be settled before or on the agreed due date.

5. Kindly take note that no refunds will be provided after payment has been made as we do not entertain cancellations. However, we do allow customers to change to different items of the same or higher price only if the previous choice has not been sent.

6.  Please notify us once payment is made. Items will only be sent after full payment is received.

7. Items will be sent via registered post (Pos Laju) whereby customers only bear 50% of the overall shipping fees.

8. Items will be packaged with care. However, we will not bear responsibility for any loss or damage during delivery.

9. COD could be arranged around the Sunway/Subang/KL/Seremban area depending on the time flexibility and convenience of both parties.

10. All items sold are not exchangeable, refundable or returnable once received.

Extra Notice: If a customer is unable to meet the delivery and fail to collect the parcel at his/her respective post office within a week from the delivery date, the item will then be sent back to us. A repost request can be arranged, however the reshipping cost will double and process will take longer. This cost will be fully borne by the customer.
